What is the return policy?
If the proper steps are not followed to ensure correct sizing, I am not responsible for incorrect measurements and purchases can not be refunded, returned, or exchanged. I offer replacement nails for sale in the case that one doesn't fit or breaks. Please message me on Instagram or through email to order.
How long do orders take to fulfill?
Processing time can range from 1-3 weeks depending on demand, and shipping ranges from 3-8 days (US).
Where do you ship to?
As of right now, I am only shipping within the US, but that should change soon.
Can I order customs?
Yes! I take custom orders through my instagram (which is linked at the bottom of this page), the contact tab, or through a custom order form (also linked through my socials). Message me to order.
How long do the nails last? And can I reuse them?
A set tends to last for around 3 weeks with the proper application. The nails are 100% reusable with the proper care and hygiene. Please avoid harsh chemicals and roughness on the nails, and care for them as fragile items.
